Terms of Service

DeskReady provides hands-on practice in simulated office apps, shortcut drills and timed practice tests. It's an independent tool and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any software vendor or employer.

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. Please don't share access to a paid account or try to get around access limits.

Job Test Prep is a one-time payment, currently $49, and isn't a subscription. It unlocks every task, all shortcut drills, timed Job Tests and certificates for your account. Stripe processes payments.

If something is wrong with your purchase, email support@deskready.app and we'll review your request for a refund.

Practice can help you prepare, but we can't promise you'll pass an employer's test or get a job. Real tests vary, and our simulators aren't the real software. DeskReady certificates show that you passed a DeskReady practice test. They aren't a professional qualification or a vendor certification.

Please don't copy or resell our content, disrupt the service, try to access other people's data, or use automated tools to scrape the site or fake results.

We may update, add or remove tasks and features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

DeskReady is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be waived.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

If we change these terms we'll update them here and change the date at the top. Using DeskReady after that means you accept the new terms.
